They took care of my multiple cavities, walked me through everything clearly, and even prepared me for a same-day root canal, making sure I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. Dental visits can be stressful, but they genuinely made this experience as calm and pain-free as possible. What truly sets them apart is their compassion—they went above and beyond to help me with a payment plan, since I didn’t have insurance. That level of understanding and support is rare and deeply appreciated. Jennifer was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout my visit. Since I’m not very comfortable with English, having someone who speaks Korean was extremely helpful, and I truly appreciate it. She genuinely cares about patients and is very considerate. Even though I asked many questions, she answered everything patiently and gently, and made sure to guide me through every part of my treatment. Thank you again for your kindness and support.

Dr Choi & Amy was great. He’s done my wisdom teeth extraction, it was very quick and painless. Amy shown great hospitality, comfort, and communication. It was my first time there and both of them did an amazing job. This will definitely be my primary dentist

Dr. Suh and his assistant Janey gave me new teeth for Christmas; Dr. Suh worked with me every step of the way to ensure I had the teeth I wanted for the new year. And he delivered!! The initial process was quick and easy, with one exam Dr. Suh immediately knew what was needed and also addressed my cosmetic concerns along the way as well as the treatment necessary. And as someone with SEVERE dental anxiety, Dr. Suh and Janey made me feel SAFE and explained the entire process along the way, as well as the front desk who handled the financials for this endeavor. This entire team is incredible. Dr. Suh and Janey are the DREAM TEAM and if you need any work done(especially in the front!!), they're the best by far💜 thank you Dr. Suh and Janey for my new SMILE! 🙂

Courteous caring a bit expensive

I am very appreciative to Kirkland Family Dentistry for their prompt, kind, and professional care. I had a poor experience with my previous dentist in the area and had been looking for a new dentist for my primary care for the new year. Well, as misfortune happens in life, a veneer on my front tooth, which had come off three times before, requiring emergency care, came off for a fourth time in three years. I was given a prompt first available appointment slot for that same day. My dentist Dr. Jonathan Choi spoke with me about getting a dental crown due to my previous experience, which I agreed would be the best practice at this point. I had an excellent experience with the creation of both my temporary and new front crown, which looks spectacular. This included my appointment for the crown placement, which was quick and relatively painless. I decided that due to the excellent care that I received, to make Kirkland Family Dentistry my primary dentist, and continue seeing them for my cleanings, and other dental needs. They also worked alongside my dental anxiety, and created a kind, comfortable environment. Thank you!

My dentist is closed until January 5 and I had a molar break over Christmas break. I called them at 9 AM and they were able to see me by 10. I wasn’t ready so I made the appointment for 12. They were very, very nice, explained things extremely well and took care of my problem. The office is friendly and inviting. I am very grateful to them!!

Chipped a tooth and called on Christmas eve They answered my call really quickly and scheduled me for day after Christmas Everyone from people at reception to Neary the dental assistant and Dr choi were absolutely amazing. Totally professional. I am seriously considering changing from my previous dental office (have been going to them for 25 years)who provided the incorrect emergency phone number and could not be bothered to help my situation. Always have a great visit, but today was a huge milestone! My 3 year old daughter felt so comfortable throughout the entire exam and cleaning! I can’t tell you how important is to me that my kid has established a positive experience visiting the dentist.

Staff was excellent. They helped us understand what options we had and let us decide what was best for us.

Very friendly and clean. Dentist made nice conversations. Did not have to wait longer than 5 minutes. Cleaning was gentle and communicative.

I can't express enough how much of a great dentistry kirkland family dentistry is! Truly everyone is is great and really cares there. Not only just the dentists themselves. But from the receptionists to the insure lady. Everyone is extremely kind and patient and does amazing work as painless (in all the ways) possible. I have a lot of work done there from cleanings to fillings and even a root canal and crowns. This is coming from someone with a huge fear of dentists! I highly recommend if you are looking for a dentistry to give them a try.

Great patient care here! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. EDIT: The staff is still super helpful but they're using AI for phones now without disclosure which is creepy and I do not like it. Knocking down to 4 stars because of this.
