After shopping around for a dentist at 5 other offices, I finally found the one. Great office and great staff. The doctor was very thorough and very professional and the hygienist that cleaned my teeth, Kara, was extremely detailed and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Kirkland Family Dentistry! Michelle was super kind and gave off such positive vibes—she was incredibly gentle during the cleaning, and I really appreciated how careful she was with my teeth. No pain or discomfort at all, which is rare for me. Dr. Choi was also fantastic—smart, confident, and gave solid, honest advice about long-term teeth care and cleaning without pushing anything unnecessary. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental team.
Kirkland Family Dentistry is the best Dentist organization I’ve ever been to. Dr. Choi is an amazing dentist as are the coworkers. They are very efficient, kind and thorough. They take time to listen to my questions and are patient in answering each and every one of them. The quality that I’ve received is above reproach. I can only say that I wish I had come to them years earlier.

I had a great experience with my hygienist, Alyssa. She was extremely considerate throughout my visit and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Alyssa is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, which I truly appreciated. I discovered Kirkland Family Dentistry this year, as I was in need of some serious oral surgery. At 78 years old, and with several critical health issues (CHF, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, PSS, hearing loss) to name a few — whom I choose to care for my health is a very serious consideration for me. I also live with a pacemaker which presents challenges of its own. Their Dr. Johnathon Choi has been caring for me through a series of oral surgeries. He has always been kind and considerate, and makes me truly feel heard and cared for. He is a knowledgable compassionate healer, which can be difficult to find these days. The staff is patient and accommodating, and the facilities and atmosphere are top quality and invitingly comfortable. They are flexible to your needs and schedule, and embrace you as part of the family. Contact and communication are always at my convenience, and they are flexible to my lifestyle. If you, like me, have not enjoyed this kind of experience in the past — then Kirkland Family Dentistry is what you have always been looking for. Took me 78 years to find them, but I am so glad I did. 👍🏼❤️

Dr. Choi at Kirkland Family Dentistry is truly exceptional! I recently had a crown and several fillings done, and I honestly can’t believe how smooth and painless the entire experience was. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole office had such a calm, professional energy that instantly put me at ease. Dr. Choi is incredibly skilled, gentle, and efficient. He explained every step of the process so I felt completely informed and comfortable. I’ve had dental work done before at other places, but nothing compares to the level of care and precision I received here. The crown fit perfectly and feels just like a natural tooth. Even the fillings were done so seamlessly, I can’t even tell they’re there! What really stood out was how genuinely Dr. Choi and his team care about their patients’ comfort. I never felt rushed, everything was pain-free, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was doing well every step of the way. I had a sudden nightmare pain situation with two of my teeth. I am really fortunate that I happened to have noticed Kirkland Family Dentistry with a Google search. They were able to see me the same day, and get to work on resolving it the same day. They took X-rays and pictures of my problem teeth, and Dr. Johnathan Choi right away saw what the problem was and how to fix it.
I just wanted to share how incredible the team here is! My mom was experiencing an excruciating toothache, and we needed an emergency appointment. They were able to see her immediately. Dr. David Suh was absolutely fantastic—exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled, yet also deeply compassionate, empathetic, and warm. The entire team, including Jennifer (She is an extremely helpful and kind bilingual team member who seems to manage a wide range of responsibilities with impressive efficiency), went above and beyond to take care of my mom. They truly exemplify what genuine care and exceptional service look like. After witnessing how they cared for my mom, I’ve decided to become a patient A true 5-star experience!
