I have a great experience, the staff was very helpful, kind, proactive and respectful. I felt well take care all the time, the explained clearly the procedure and treat me with a lot of kidness. The whole cleaning is super clean too. I will totally recommend this dentristry.

Friendly staff, short wait time, Kara is the best dental hygienist I have ever had, Dr. Choi is an excellent dentist. Not cheap, but "you get what you pay for."
The team was great! I came in for a crown that fell out and they discovered some decay. They explained everything clearly and work was done fast!
I was going to a dentist across the street from where I live, but being overbooked, not able to do a temporary crown, not able to fit me in an emergency, well guess what? I called several dentists and no one could help me out, until I called Kirkland Family Dentistry. I was hesitant as it's a bit from where I live, but when I got there I got friendly smiles from every employee there. Today, I had another dental emergency and they got me in and out in the time I had. (Had another medical appt on Capitol Hill in Seattle) So if I could give them a rating it would be an 11!
I got 4 crowns installed in 2011, 14 years ago. They have held up without a single issue all these years. One (of 4) finally broke, so I came in to get it fixed. Everyone was very professional and skilled when removing the broken crown and installed a temporary crown the same day. I highly recommend this dentist if you want dental care you can trust for years to come.
I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction at this center. The dentist and nurses were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which made me feel very comfortable during the entire procedure. I truly appreciate their care and highly recommend this place.

I discovered Kirkland Family Dentistry this year, as I was in need of some serious oral surgery. At 78 years old, and with several critical health issues (CHF, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, PSS, hearing loss) to name a few — whom I choose to care for my health is a very serious consideration for me. I also live with a pacemaker which presents challenges of its own. Their Dr. Johnathon Choi has been caring for me through a series of oral surgeries. He has always been kind and considerate, and makes me truly feel heard and cared for. He is a knowledgable compassionate healer, which can be difficult to find these days. The staff is patient and accommodating, and the facilities and atmosphere are top quality and invitingly comfortable. They are flexible to your needs and schedule, and embrace you as part of the family. Contact and communication are always at my convenience, and they are flexible to my lifestyle. If you, like me, have not enjoyed this kind of experience in the past — then Kirkland Family Dentistry is what you have always been looking for. Took me 78 years to find them, but I am so glad I did. 👍🏼❤️
Just got done with my cleaning and complimentary whitening with Dr. Suh and Dr.Choi. The cleaning was painless and the hygienist was very informative. I love coming to this office with modern equipment and very knowledgeable doctors and staff.

I can’t put into words how thankful I for Kirkland Family Dentistry. From the first call with Rachel the front desk being a warm , pleasant interaction; quick scheduling turn around (I got in the very next day) - my first time arriving I was greeted so kindly. Once called back I met with the sweetest Dental Assistant - Charlene. She was a great start to my visit. I then met with Enrique for my cleaning- he is thorough…. I’ve actually never had a cleaning as great as what I received by him. Also how informative he was about oral care and the tips and tricks to health teeth. He is awesome. Dr Suh. - professional, easy going and had a calming presence. This helped with the many fillings I needed to get and the anxiety that I have from dental visits. He is an honest Dentist who gave me the realistic run down of what I needed and what could wait. Integrity matters and he showed this wholeheartedly. Jennifer met with me to go over all pricing and the breakdown of what I am receiving, this allowed me to understand what my insurance was covering and what it was not- she leaves no room for question as she explained the fees broken down.! When I began my treatments Colleen was the hygienist who started off my treatment. She is welcoming and professional . Amy; while many may not understand this , I can’t put into words how grateful I am for an interaction with her. I believe there are angels on this earth ; and her heart shows she is one of them . Amy has many years of experience as a dental hygienist, she is actually who filled my fillings after prep from the dentist. I was worried, needles bother me, drilling bothers me , it’s just so much. But her extra support is what got me through. I had a long day that could have been overwhelming- but Amy was the icing on the cake to my visit of what kept me calm. She is meticulous about her work and I am thankful because my teeth look great . This entire dental office and visit I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a dental office that you can trust. Thank you again
