I am very appreciative to Kirkland Family Dentistry for their prompt, kind, and professional care. I had a poor experience with my previous dentist in the area and had been looking for a new dentist for my primary care for the new year. Well, as misfortune happens in life, a veneer on my front tooth, which had come off three times before, requiring emergency care, came off for a fourth time in three years. I was given a prompt first available appointment slot for that same day. My dentist Dr. Jonathan Choi spoke with me about getting a dental crown due to my previous experience, which I agreed would be the best practice at this point. I had an excellent experience with the creation of both my temporary and new front crown, which looks spectacular. This included my appointment for the crown placement, which was quick and relatively painless. I decided that due to the excellent care that I received, to make Kirkland Family Dentistry my primary dentist, and continue seeing them for my cleanings, and other dental needs. They also worked alongside my dental anxiety, and created a kind, comfortable environment. Thank you!

My dentist is closed until January 5 and I had a molar break over Christmas break. I called them at 9 AM and they were able to see me by 10. I wasn’t ready so I made the appointment for 12. They were very, very nice, explained things extremely well and took care of my problem. The office is friendly and inviting. I am very grateful to them!!

Chipped a tooth and called on Christmas eve They answered my call really quickly and scheduled me for day after Christmas Everyone from people at reception to Neary the dental assistant and Dr choi were absolutely amazing. Totally professional. I am seriously considering changing from my previous dental office (have been going to them for 25 years)who provided the incorrect emergency phone number and could not be bothered to help my situation. Always have a great visit, but today was a huge milestone! My 3 year old daughter felt so comfortable throughout the entire exam and cleaning! I can’t tell you how important is to me that my kid has established a positive experience visiting the dentist.
Staff was excellent. They helped us understand what options we had and let us decide what was best for us.

I can't express enough how much of a great dentistry kirkland family dentistry is! Truly everyone is is great and really cares there. Not only just the dentists themselves. But from the receptionists to the insure lady. Everyone is extremely kind and patient and does amazing work as painless (in all the ways) possible. I have a lot of work done there from cleanings to fillings and even a root canal and crowns. This is coming from someone with a huge fear of dentists! I highly recommend if you are looking for a dentistry to give them a try.

Great patient care here! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. EDIT: The staff is still super helpful but they're using AI for phones now without disclosure which is creepy and I do not like it. Knocking down to 4 stars because of this.

This was the first dentist I have been to who treated me without some money grab. They explained every step, were kind and patient. The team was great and I will go again. My chipped tooth that dentist in Montana, Lynnwood, issaquah all said was not able to be fixed was fixed here in 30 minutes with no concern with beautiful results. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The clinical staff is professional, timely, and gentle. Dr Acosta is trustworthy and communicative. She explains everything thoroughly and I have been pleased with my dental work. The new office is beautiful.

Really nice office and staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a couple of crowns done and they did them in 3 days just in time for my birthday. I really appreciate the ease with which you can schedule and reschedule appointments.
I was experiencing what was for me some pretty bad pain (thought it was a tooth but turned out to be an absess in my gum). They were able to get me in first thing the morning I called and got me answers and treatment within about 20 minutes! Very grateful and felt better within 24 hours.

I always come here for my cleanings and end up chatting with everyone because they are so sweet and friendly! Especially Amy, Charlyn, and Kara! They make it easy to come to the dentist, and not feel stressed. Scheduling is easy and the chair is comfy! Very comfortable and easy here, highly recommend 10/10
I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic! The entire team is professional, kind, and truly cares about their patients. I especially want to highlight Dr. Choi, my primary dentist, who is incredibly gentle, attentive, and explains everything so clearly. I always feel comfortable and confident in his care. I also want to give a huge thank you to Enrique, the hygienist. He is very thorough, friendly, and makes every cleaning appointment feel easy and stress-free. I found this dental clinic through a Google search and, based on the great reviews, decided to give it a try—I’m glad I did. The clinic is very nice and clean, and I appreciate the separate rooms that offer privacy. The staff are welcoming, my hygienist Michelle was kind and thorough, and Dr. Choi was friendly , skilled and he made me feel comfortable. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far. I have a few dental issues, and I feel confident that I’m in good hands for my dental care.

Great service. Love all the employees—especially my dental hygienist and dentist. Only reason not 5 star is their waiting room is not friendly for folks with mobility issues. All the chairs have no arms so hard to get out of.
