The entire team was so welcoming, and Dr. Choi was incredibly thorough and patient, while Alisa made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, which immediately made the visit feel comfortable instead of stressful. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in. Enrique was extremely gentle, patient, and very informative throughout the whole appointment. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave helpful tips without making anything feel rushed. You can tell he really cares about doing a thorough job and making patients feel at ease. Big thank you to Cole, the insurance coordinator, for recommending that I come here. It ended up being one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I’m really glad I found this office and will definitely be back soon!

Great professional team with passionate and friendly care!

Went in with a painful emergency…Lovely experience… compassionate… and kind employees…very professional. They were willing to work on payments. Costs, which were reasonable, were explained up front. All in all very pleased…left without pain!

It was a great experience. I had an emergency root canal done the same day I called. They followed that up with a cleaning on my next visit. They were all very nice and gentle. They are my new dentist for sure moving forward.

Jennifer was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout my visit. Since I’m not very comfortable with English, having someone who speaks Korean was extremely helpful, and I truly appreciate it. She genuinely cares about patients and is very considerate. Dr. Suh and his assistant Janey gave me new teeth for Christmas; Dr. Suh worked with me every step of the way to ensure I had the teeth I wanted for the new year. And he delivered!! The initial process was quick and easy, with one exam Dr. Suh immediately knew what was needed and also addressed my cosmetic concerns along the way as well as the treatment necessary. And as someone with SEVERE dental anxiety, Dr. Suh and Janey made me feel SAFE and explained the entire process along the way, as well as the front desk who handled the financials for this endeavor. This entire team is incredible. Dr. Suh and Janey are the DREAM TEAM and if you need any work done(especially in the front!!), they're the best by far💜 thank you Dr. Suh and Janey for my new SMILE! 🙂

Courteous caring a bit expensive

I am very appreciative to Kirkland Family Dentistry for their prompt, kind, and professional care. I had a poor experience with my previous dentist in the area and had been looking for a new dentist for my primary care for the new year. Well, as misfortune happens in life, a veneer on my front tooth, which had come off three times before, requiring emergency care, came off for a fourth time in three years. I was given a prompt first available appointment slot for that same day. My dentist Dr. Jonathan Choi spoke with me about getting a dental crown due to my previous experience, which I agreed would be the best practice at this point. I had an excellent experience with the creation of both my temporary and new front crown, which looks spectacular. This included my appointment for the crown placement, which was quick and relatively painless. I decided that due to the excellent care that I received, to make Kirkland Family Dentistry my primary dentist, and continue seeing them for my cleanings, and other dental needs. They also worked alongside my dental anxiety, and created a kind, comfortable environment. Thank you!
